This was a project!! Flat roof homes always are! This home took me a while to figure out what to do with it. In the end, we made it awesome! It started as dark and chopped up. When you were done... Light bright and open. We turned an un-permitted addition and made it legal and binding. We turned it from a funky space into a gorgeous 850² ft. Guest suite with a fully functional kitchen, family room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet.
We updated the Master bedroom and bath and made the closet twice the size it originally was. Opened up kitchen to the living areas where it was once closed off and dark. This Home sold fast and the new owner are having their first child here... New Family Here We Go!!
