This is a block home that was in need of updating! It was well taken care of, but dark. There were rooms that had been aded on to the original home, although the work was done well, the flow and layout needed to be moved around for it t work better with today's modern family!
Wide open Spaces
We removed the walls and filled in the sunken living room to make this compartmentalized home open up like a flower to accept its new family. Did open living spaces combined with private work and play spaces made it a dream for the new owners.
Dream Kitchen
The kitchen was the biggest transformation on this home. it went from small, dark and dysfunctional to light bright and open to the whole house...yes its very functional too!
