UNICORN ALERT!!?
This project was amazing! I worked with a private owner and he was awesome to work with. He wanted something different and unique for his 2nd home in Scottsdale and we nailed it! Yes the before and after pictures are the same house. We made some pretty drastic changes. We added a bathroom, added a loft and stairs, added a 2 way fireplace, a den, and a wine room. All in the same footprint of the existing home! We were able to be creative with material and the results were extraordinary!
Loft with Glass railing stairs
This loft and stairs turned out amazing, but what a pain in the backside....totally worth it! We were able to create a space for the kids to play and leave a mess, but still leave it open to the rest of the house and not lose the vaulted ceiling and the feel of the great room! The little brick room under the stairs is a wine room, its phenomenal!
Gourmet Kitchen
This kitchen is the bomb! The pictures tell all! We were able to use fun materials for the countertops, awesome lights that would only work in certain spaces, color and a 5ft. long kitchen sink!! Its perfect for cooking, entertaining and putting the 2 together at the same time! ❤️
