Remodel on a historic home in the North Encanto District of Phoenix. Here I really wanted to keep some of the historical touches of this home, while adding modern finishes throughout! It started off as a dark home, and pretty maze-like! We had to open up some doorways, and add larger windows, and make it feel more inviting.

Bright & Open Family Room
Modern meets historic in this spacious family room. We kept the beautiful ceiling and fireplace, just gave it some love and fresh paint! We also widened the windows, allowing for more light. And of course, a fun, modern, statement chandelier!
