Historic home renovation! Its always fun to take an older home, and give it some love and updating! This home was about 1,100 square feet, and the original design and layout really didn't do much to make it feel any bigger than that. Its important when doing a renovation to keep in mind the size of the home, especially if its smaller, so you don't make any mistakes. We wanted to make this home feel bigger, brighter, and give it some character! How did we do?
Bathroom Refresh
New bathroom alert! Its important when doing an older home, to not only take is cosmetic updates, but functional ones as well. Check that plumbing!
Kitchen with Character
This home may be on the smaller side, but we didn't want to make it feel small. We tore down those old, dark cabinets, and created some industrial pipe shelving, to give it an open feel. We added that fun blue to make the space pop, and add some character!
