Downtown Glendale hosts this little gem! Originally built in the 1950's is a block home with everything in needs and not a lot of extra! The challenge with this home was the kitchen! SUPER small, and NO room for modern convenience. No dishwasher, no microwave, and barley enough room for 1 person much less cooking together. We created space by taking out the peninsula and upper cabinets. The upper cabinets closed in the space too much. Fun tile one the walls and shelves to display your dishes and glasses, makes it modern and functional!
