This little house packs quite the punch! With 1,000 square feet to work with, we were able to add a bedroom, a master bathroom, AND a bigger kitchen! The kitchen was immediately to your right when you entered the home, not making the most sense for the layout. We were able to move it, thus creating an open concept living room and kitchen, and add a fun backsplash and breakfast bar. The original laundry room took up more space than needed, so we were able to create a space in the hallway for a stacked washer and dryer, and use the rest of the space to make a master bathroom, with his and her sinks.
New Kitchen!
We moved the kitchen, in doing so we found this was it's original location! Makes the family room large and livable again. Added a pantry and all of the convenience that is expected in a new home!
New Master Bathroom
This was a back door and a hallway! We moved the laundry room to create a new bedroom and turned this 2 bed 1 bath home into a 3 bed 2 bath home just by using the space better!
